Content cost per page calculator

Add up what you spend on content in a month, and how many pages it produces. The calculator gives the cost of a published page and the cost of a page that reaches page one.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent or saved.

How to read the result

The second number is the one to manage. Publishing more pages lowers the first figure and can leave the second untouched if the extra pages do not rank.

Include the time your own team spends briefing, reviewing and publishing. Those hours are usually the largest cost that never appears on an invoice.

The formula

SEO and AI search

Cost per page = monthly content spend ÷ pages published.

Cost per page-one page = monthly content spend ÷ (pages published × share that reach page one).
