**What happens if you miss a deadline in the first month?**
The First-Quarter Delivery Guarantee applies: if the agreed roadmap and content deliverables

**Do you guarantee rankings or traffic?**
No. Guaranteeing outcomes outside anyone's control is a red flag in this category, not a
selling point. What's guaranteed is delivery.

**Why not just use an SEO automation tool?**
Automation is fine for volume. It's worse at judgment: knowing when a strategy isn't working,
catching a bad piece before it ships, adjusting the roadmap when the data says something

**What's Citation Engineering?**

**What actually changes between tiers: more content, or something else?**

**Why does the monthly rate change with the term length?**
Shorter terms (starting at 3 months) let you start smaller and see the system work before
committing further. Longer terms bring the monthly rate down because the roadmap and ramp-up
cost is spread over more months. Either way, there's no multi-year contract, and the
First-Quarter Delivery Guarantee applies from day one.
