The story

What happened

Only what we can stand behind. Where a detail is not ours to share, it is left out.

1

Why we show our own sites

An agency can describe a process for a long time without showing whether it works. These are the totals for the sites our team operates and manages, where we make every decision and see every number.

They are where the system was built and where changes are tried first. What reaches a client account has already run here.

2

What it shows

That the process works at volume. More than 400,000 ranking keywords do not come from a handful of well-chosen articles; they come from publishing a great many specific pages and improving the ones that earn impressions.

The system that ran

The same production system that runs on every account: weekly opportunity discovery from Search Console data, competitor content and community questions; a structured brief for every page; an AI-assisted draft; a person reviewing each page before it ships; and tracking after publishing.

Pages that underperformed were updated, not left. That loop, publish, measure, improve, is the part that compounds, because each round starts from a higher base than the last.

What this does and does not show

  • These are self-reported, aggregate figures across several sites. They are not a third-party audit.
  • They are not a forecast for any one client. Some of these are sites we own outright, with no approval steps and no brand constraints, and that makes them faster to move.
  • The same figures are published in plain text at /reports.md.
  • We do not guarantee rankings or traffic. What is guaranteed is delivery: see the 30-Day Delivery Guarantee on the pricing page.
